There's been some hilarious posts in this thread

Nibbler loves digging in his water dish.. he'll empty it then attack the bowl. He also has a fascination with the hose... I have no idea if he's trying to catch the water.. but it's fun to watch. There's a link below to a video of him playing with the hose.

One day Augustine wagged so hard that she slapped herself in the eye with her tail.

That is what Annabelle does......One of my previous newfies, Abbey used to load up one of our horses into the float, just take him and do it. Annabelle will do it when you give her the lead and ask, but Abbey thought of it herself. Mind you only with my Q-horse Robert, he is very good with dogs

Lukey puts small toys in his mouth and squeaks them ( you can't see them in his big Mouth)....he drives Tessa nuts......By walking by and just squeaking her favourite toys. he does not do it to the other two, so I know he likes her reaction

Love it! shows how they're incredibly smart creatures, shows of their amazing personalities. We have a macadamia tree in our backyard and the dogs like to go out and collect the shells to chew on. Often i find molly at the top of our flight of stairs with her collection of nuts and she likes to let them roll out her mouth and watch them bounce down the stairs whilst Rexy is waiting at the bottom to collect and run them back up to her. They also like rolling other stuff down the stairs too, anything they can get their paws on!

No, Abbey was pre-Ipod and such. i do have a friend who has it on the old small tape video, with her horse. Her horse was a full sister of mine (looked just like him and was just as sweet) and Abbey loaded her up too.

LOL i find that very funny.

The odd thing my boy does is - every morning he gets 2 Deli Bones biscuits, which he gobbles up in his bed. Then continues sitting there, surrounded by a stack of cookie crumbs! I don't understand why. If you point out a crumb, he'll slurp it up but otherwise just lolls around in it?! I know his nose works and it's not enough to fill him up... any other dog would have hoovered the place clean.

    lol.

This is one of the wacky things Augustine learnt on her own... She is a dog that can take some "convincing" to sit down. However, when we play rough if I tell to sit she does it immediately and allows me to walk away. Then, when I say, "go" she runs for me, takes a giant leap and attempts to headbutt me in the stomach. When I am lucky I manage to catch her mid-flight.

She also recently started crawling in the cool grass when she is hot so I encouraged the behaviour and now she does it on call. videos to come
