Pedigree papers serve a purpose and that is not just for owners to say 'my dog is pedigree'. The papers give a recorded history of what dogs are in the lineage. If any major genetic issues crop up, there is a written record to trace where the genetic issue came from.
The dogs have pedigree papers to trace the lineage.. so the puppies could be tested and traced back and registered.

Anne did you actually read everything he wrote or see one bit, got a bee in your bonnet and got on the defensive?

Even every human birth is recorded amd kept on a register.

Hopefully, you haven't just introduced 2 genetic timebombs with your ill conceived and selfish actions.

You still get no support from me.

    I'm out of this thread.
Anne, you really should take the time to read what I've written and not work up "the worst" scenario in your head.

I can understand if you're not interested with "support", but is really that harmful to throw a piece of useful advice my way if you see the need?

The pups aren't for sale, they're family and I'm sure they won't explode like "bombs" ...

You know what, you're right puggerup and I don't plan on wasting any more time on byb who refuses to even consider that there was anything wrong in their actions or words.

I was worng to jump in and on the OP in the manner I did. I am out of this thread and don't plan on re-entering it.

When you pick up the pieces day in and day out of the ill conceived ideas people have about breeding dogs you evenutally get testy about it.

Anne I didn't know the rescues you help are from BYBers.

Even reputable breeders occasional produce a puppy with issues.

People neglect, dump and abuse their dogs no matter where they come from. I think you should be saving your anger and frustration towards them instead of getting worked up over a potential problem that isn't one yet.
What's done is done.. offering advice and teaching the reasons why what he did isn't great is more beneficial than slamming him.
(that doesn't excuse the ****phobic remarks though).

Whatever puggerup. Save your lectures. You obviously learnt zilch from your recent experiences.

    Nice dig Anne

Being an ass to people who make mistakes will NOT reverse the mistake.

Teaching a person and informing a person doesn't need to be done with contempt.
