Default what breeds do you think DJ is?

gday everyone, just like to ask ppl what mix of breeds they might think my dog DJ is, I got him from the awl in august.
11, his age i think is approx 14 months. he weighs 20 kgs at the moment, he is a very playful and friendly fellow with a heart of gold, loves all dogs and ppl. he will chew up anything i leave lying around outside but inside he is preety good. he has a bit of a pink nose but thats hard to see in the pics as he has had a bit of zinc on it lately with the hot weather, when playing with other dogs he is always nipping (only lightly) on there legs trying to bring them down to his size. he is also a quite a bit of a sook. i think he has might be kelpie cross with some bull terrier but im no dog expert . Love to see what some of you guys on here think, cheers.

I am bad at this game at the best of times, but this one is definitely way too hard for me. I can see why you think bull terrier, but I can't get any further than that. I think my dog has kelpie in her because of some of her body postures more than anything else. But it's hard to tell just from her shape...

I'd have to agree with you on the bull terrier - you can definelty see it in his face. What else I am not sure! Lol

He sure is cute though. Looks like a bit of a cheeky monkey though!

There is no psychiatrist in the world like a puppy licking your face.

thanks guys, yeah i reckon im just gonna stick with kelpie x bt, yeah he definitely is a cheeky monkey, just the other day when i was shaving he snuck in behind me in my bathroom and ducked back out again in stealth mode with my undies . he thought i wasnt watching but i seen him in the mirror. When its all mellow around the house he is either sleeping or up to some shenanigans.

Some of those moves look a lot like the way my dog moves.

    I think she's ACD x (BC x Kelpie).

I know a very friendly BT and there is definitely some similarities there. And some of the colouring is similar too.

Some of the shape and colour around the back remind me of some short coat German Shepherd Dogs (GSDs) I've met and one GSD x Kelpie. So maybe BT x (GSDxKelpie). Does he like to round things up? Ie if you run does he try to cut you off or drive you faster? GSD and Keplie will do this. BT not so much.

I think all dogs like to steal socks, undies, shoes etc at that age (or any age). I make an effort to keep mine out of reach or behind closed doors. There are some socks that are dedicated to the dog though. And mum has one pair of sox that has one white and one blue in it because she kept forgetting she can't leave her socks where evil hound will find them.

Both my dog and my friend's BT love to play tug, but my dog is much better at giving it up on command than the BT who does not like to let go, at all, even if it's only so you can start the game again.

I see basenji again (like that dog the other day) but agree it is unlikely.

I am thinking maybe a mix of BT and Husky. I can see BT in the face at times but also some husky in the body/fur.

my vet did say she thought he stood a bit like a GSD, but even she wasnt sure, his favorite game is tug tho, he isnt too interested in playing ball, he only fetches the ball so i can play tug trying to get it out his mouth, he just wont voluntarily give the ball back, he thinks its all about me trying to get it off him. he would much prefer to wrestle other dogs than run around .
