Default Jag's Day at the Horses

So as some people may know, I picked up Jag on Thursday, a former Renbury deathrow dog. Yesterday's adventure included a trip to the local petstore to buy accessories, and a trip to my sister's OH's place. This morning he was left there alone inside for a few hours while my sister had her last uni exam. Apparently he was excellently behaved.

Today we went to the property our horses are kept at. We took some photos...

Jag enjoying a smoked lamb leg!

    Mischa being a princess!

Fits right in with the horses!

He's very fond of the front seat. He kept jumping back in there even when I closed the doors and left only the boot open.

As I type this, he's curled up on my mum's lap, soaking up the attention! He hasn't quite got the hang of the doggie door yet, but I'm sure it's only a matter of time. Ate a good dinner, too; I'll be putting him on a diet of mostly raw meat, bones, and some fish and biscuits. So bony!

He already comes when he's called.

@Boxerini: The other Min Pin does it, too. They prance!

I'm very happy to have him. Apart from some crying when he's not being patted (princess ), he's doing great. Just had a walk before bed, now he's curled up in my doona with Carl! Need to sleep now, I have to be up at 6AM for work.

Agree with Myf, he IS a very lucky boy! Thank you for giving him a forever home, I love to read about the happy ending stories of death row dogs.
