    Cool Agility Pics

Not as fancy as you might expect. No Ziggy in mid air, jumping over hurdles or through tyres or flying out of tunnels.... (not yet at least ) No, OH came along to our agility training and took some pics. Some are quite good (I think )

    Attempting front crosses...

Trying to teach Ziggy that she has 4 legs (backside awareness )

And a pic I really like

    Excellent pics and great work.

You both look so focused. The team work required in agility is always a joy to watch.

Thank you everyone for the comments *blush*

Ziggy is so focused on me because the last weeks all we have done is focus work (the focus was not very good before that...)

I am sure she will! I will need a bit longer though It is the first time I am doing agility and it is pretty hard to get it right. But I am on steep learning curve...

Yep, using a game of tug as a reward although at the moment most of the time I use food. It is "easier" to use for me and Ziggy is very, very, very food motivated But when we progress a bit further I will use a game of tug more often.
I also play tug with her to work on the focus. Works really well And the tug toy is great to send her over, for example, a serious of jumps. After a quick game with her so that she wants the toy, get her to sit and stay, put the tug toy on the the other side of the jumps and then release her (we need another bolt emoticon with hurdles )

That's excellent that she will work with both. It's always hard the first time around to get the swing of using a toy, but by dog No. 2 (and it will happen) you'll be an expert.

Wishing you continued success and good fun.

Oh yes. Dog number 2 (3,4.....) will happen when we are back in Europe. You can count on that
