You only have to look at those smiles on our dogs' faces & your heart just melts. You can't stay angry or upset when these dogs look at you like that, can you ....

    wow how luck you are!!!
Some of my tibbies are natural stackers, but I think it has more to do with their arrogant attitude in the ring than anything else They dont bait or anything, luckely it is how the breed is meant to be lol

Breeding, Showing, Training and general crazy making!!!

In the scheme of things, it doesn't really matter as I can't show her with all the other GSD's. I can only show her at White shows & as a neuter.

Spirit's strong muscle & bone structure will stand her in good stead for Obedience Trialling. The dog has to have the physical stamina for the work & the strength to carry it's whole body when it jumps the obstacles. Tara won't be able to do this because her back legs are so spindly & wobbly and they just won't hold her whole body weight enough to get her to spring off the ground to make the jump. It would be cruel to make her jump an obstacle which 1.5 her height at withers. And knowing Tara, she'd just knock the obstacle over on her way through instead of jumping it.

    Thanks Demi.

SPRV met both Tara & Spirit late last year and she really took Tara to her heart. Hippo has also met them all, so she can tell you what they're all like as well.

Tara has a special place in my heart because she lacks the independence that Spirit has. When Tara is in the car, she won't stick even the tip of her nose out the window because she's afraid the trams, trucks & vans will come in the car & "get" her. Spirit has no problem sticking her head oput & smiling at all the passing traffic.

Tara has difficulty focussing .... God bless her ....

There you go. You understand completely. It's not that Tara's lazy. It's just that she doesn't see the point of jumping anything if she can just walk right through it. Tara's the sort of dog that thinks heeling at dog school has whiskers on it. In her mind .... "Why march in one direction, when we're just going to turn around on the spot & march back the way we've just come from ? That's bullsh!t & I'm just not interested thank you. Stop pulling me. I don't want to come with you. And don't try & con me with Tuna Fudge. I get that at home."
