Thank you for your support, and keep up the photos they are fantastic!
Miss Zena was a lady in every sense of the word. Typical Virgo. She detested being wet, dirty or muddy & wasn't big on "public displays of affection."

I've subscribed to your thread. Such a relief to read your post.

A couple of some what sad but beautiful photos. These were taken on 11/3/2007. Zena passed away on the 18th. She had been struggling with Aspiration Pneumonia for 3 months as a result of her Mega Esophegus & I just couldn't nurse her back to full health. She had a heart attack in my arms at the emergency hospital. I still miss her so very much .... She looks so young, but was 7 & a half. I know you'll be having joyful play at Rainbow Bridge my beautiful girl.

Zena on the day she came to live with me ...

Zena, when she was quite young. Due to her poor health, she was very thin her whole life ....

The "orignal crew". Max, Mish & baby Zena. Mish had great respect for Max & was sh!tting herself when the puppy got too close to have a look at Max. Straight after this photo was taken, Mish pushed baby Zena away from Max with her snout ... gawd luv her.

You have to move on, even when you don't want to ....

After Zeen passed away, Mish was grieving Zena so badly we were advised to get a puppy as quickly as we could to stop the old girl from just staring at a wall, refusing to eat & dying of a broken heart. And so look who turned up in a basket ....

Poor wee Tara was very sad, because it seemed she was all alone, with no-one to play with ...

She tried making friends with Mish, even if it meant just lying still ....

But this is what happened when baby Tara tried to kiss Mish ....

What to do, what to do ?? I know !! I'll make friends with Scout .....

And then baby Spirit blew in to make things REALLY interesting ..... for both Tara ....

    And Scout .....

    And the story continues .....
