Hi ShadowStaff.....your pups is very cute.

IMO I think she is a Staffy X with some form of small breed eg. Chi. However I wasnt the one who met the parents etc. How old is she? She seems extremely small (although she was sick) for a staffy. Have you taken her to the vet? What caused her to be ill?

IMO if you are definite you saw both parents and they were the parents then perhaps there could be a health issue that is causing her lack of size?

She is very gorgeous and thank you for giving her a lovely home

Who is to say it was Neyla's parents she saw? If she was bought from a BYB or puppy mill...well, they could have shown her ANY dog/bitch and passed them on as the parents!

I know this Dorte and TBH I very much doubt that the dogs she saw were the actually parents however if she has taken this pup to the vet SURELY they would have told her it isnt an SBT or they would have told her that is an SBT crossed with a small breed.

Im very curious as to how old this pup is?!

She is 11wks old tomorrow, I had her at the vets a few times, the vets seems to think she got sick from being riddled with worms and then wormed & vaccinated within 2 days causing the bad reaction.
The main thing is that she is cared for and definately on the mend...

Yes this might be true if they didnt have pictures of them from birth.

TBH I am sick of you all carrying on with the "What breed is she" game, as I have said, I believe what I believe and yet none of you have even bothered to ask what I believe compared to what i was told.

Again who cares where she came from she is now in the best of homes (I dont wanna hear about the BYB) this is supposed to be a thread for Pure & Crossbreds yet everyone goes on and on about the crossbreds even if they arent from BYB.

Yes I said she was a Staffy and yes I saw the parents but I have NEVER ranted and raved or argued with any of you that she isnt a cross, you are all too caught up with accusing me that I am continually saying she is PURE.

I was told she is PURE, I never said that I believe it 100%

Shadowstaff have you taken her to the vet because IF she is a small breed X SBT she is still VERY SMALL! She should be a lot bigger than that!

What do you think she is crossed with?

ETA: This is a pure and crossbreed forum and nobody has a problem with cross breeds....I myself have mixes.

Its just where they come from that is the issue because MOST of these people do it for money and they dont health test which can lead to poor little sick pups.

You are right in one respect as that you have given her a good home but without realizing it you have also put money in the BYB's pocket which makes more of a chance of them doing it again

I completely understand if you did this without prior knowledge of the extent of BYBing as I too was like you when I came here! TBH I was treated just like you...although a little more so..........and I am so grateful for it because otherwise I would never have gotten it into my THICK HEAD lol!

I hope you realise that we are just trying to educate you for yours and any future puppies sakes

PS Glad the little girl is feeling better
