I didnt start this thread to have you or anyone else give me their opinions on what breed she is, I started it to share her progress.

By the way, BYB or not at least she was one of the lucky ones to find a great home.
Yes i agree in regards to her being lucky to have a great home & i commend you for giving her a great home

But please don't try to convince us experienced SBT owners that your pup is a pure SBT.

You must of been so worried.

I'm glad she's on the mend.

Most of my 4wk old whippet puppies weigh 1.4kg, when they're that little any sickness is a struggle.

    ShadowStaff,

I can see that you are totally enthralled with your latest member of the family, and that's great.

I can see where your anger towards some posters reactions may come from, but I'm afraid in this circumstance I have to agree with AF 100%.

No, it doesn't matter what breeding your little girl is. Doesn't matter one little bit. But I too feel it is wrong and dishonest for myself to sit here and have to tolerate hearing that your little girl is a purebred Staffordshire Bull Terrier. I am expected to shut up for as many months or years as you are here on this forum while you state that she is a Staffy? This is obviously how AF feels too.

Please try and understand from that point of view.

There is no way on this earth she is a purebred SBT. Nobody being honest could possibly agree with you there, I'm sorry.

Look I can understand if I even mentioned that she was a Staffy in this thread before being asked, I am mearly excited about her progress and I dont need you guys being all high and mighty about he breeding take it up in another thread not mine!
I saw her parents I believe what I believe and I DONT mention on here at all so if you guys have a problem with it then its YOUR problem NOT mine.

I choose to find you a wee bit offensive.

I have not insulted you in any way or form. To call some members here high and mighty IS insulting IMO.
I have a problem when ppl come onto a forum stating their dog is such and such a breed, when he/she obviously isn't. Simple as that.

Neyla is just so cute! I'm really pleased that she's doing so much better, you are obviously doing everything to help her develop into a happy, healthy and much loved dog.

    How old is she now?

I dont own a staffy and I can even tell that she isnt a pure bred staffy.
So you have seen the parents... People do lie about the breed of their dog.. most BYB or puppy mills do

She is pretty cute by the anyway

    I agree with this post!

I am one of the high and mighty members I guess because I told you your puppy was DEFINITELY not a Staffordshire Bull Terrier. I actually find it a tad insulting that you keep on saying Neyla is a Staffy, when it is very obvious she isn't! I have spent a lot of money on my "Staffies" and here are some photos of PURE bred Staffordshire Bull Terriers! I have spent a lot of time and still am...learning everything there is to know about SBT's, so I eventually can enter the breeding scene with my Ruby girl.

    Sumo - 10 weeks

    Sumo - 5 months

    Ruby - 8 weeks

    Ruby - 4 month

You can keep on saying she is a Staffy...but the fact is...she isn't. She is a cross breed...and possibly Staffy in her (due to colouring).

Nobody is saying she doesn't have a good home, but do the right thing here...at least call her a Staffy cross.
