    Default Farewell Old Man

This is my boy who recently died. He came to us when he was 14 months old. A puppy who was suppose to have gone to America but because he only had one testes he wasn't wanted. Went on to become champion show dog (not with us, we aren't into showing) who eventually filled out too big for the ring anymore. Failed his hip X-rays so was never bred with. A bouncy, hyperactive and full on young dog, Tigga lived with us for another 9 years before he died. Showing his age, we knew he was slowing up. It was just a matter of when. Poor old Man. I have a memorial garden for him, now. Growing herbs and a tomato bush, his collar lay around a light which glows by night. Never ever hurt a flea. I've had pet rabbits, rats, birds, fish outdoors and even my pet snakes were never in any danger around him. We miss you Buddy.

Why is it that dogs love to chase water from the hose but hate a bath....lol....

He was a gorgeous boy, obviously much loved. I am sure he would approve of your new addition.

I have to say that snake in the 3rd shot is just magnificent! Is it a carpet python?

Yes it is a carpet python - and the only one I have, that I trusted not to bite any of my pets. If it don't smell like a mouse she shows no interest in eating it. The yellow fellow on the table wasn't too bad either.

    Sorry for you loss

How did he become a champion show dog with only one testicle...that is a disqualifing fault in the show ring. Also...I am amazed that he was a champion before the age of 14 months...when you got him...truly amazing!

Oh well he had two but only one came down. He had to have an operation to have it brought down. and yes he already had his championship title before we got him. Beautiful dog he was.
