    Default My New Water Baby!

    Hey guys,

Took Bailey to the beach yesterday 1/1/2010 and up until then she had never liked water. Now she is a water baby which is great as I need her to like to swim to help her knee.

    Here are some photos.....

We gave the tourists a show down at the Murray Mouth! She was so well behaved and was even bringing back her ball EVERY time I threw it, instead of me having to chase her half way around the beach!

Had the tourists laughing when OH was getting cranky with her because she had an EXTREME liking of his fishing rods and kept knocking them over lol.
So he told her to nick off 1 too many times so she picked up one of his thongs and was prancing up and down the beach with it! OH was yelling out to me that she was a pain in the bum and never brings anything back! Much to everybodys amusement Bailey quite happily came prancing up to me with it and gently dropped it at my feet!

    Definitely mummies girl

Great shots, she is a sweet heart and I am certain you will do everything in your power to get the best out of her through all this leg crap! I understand completely what you are going through, I too am going through similar with one of my furkids who has been with me for the past 11 yrs. While the knowledge you have breaks your heart, it's the exeriences that display her absolute delight, like this day at the beach that allow you smile again.

There is something uplifting about about looking at photos of a happy dog. Can't get enough of them.

I love the colour of your dog.

    Thanks guys!

She had such a wonderful time...smelling everything

There were hundreds of dead crabs along the beach and Bailey felt the need to investigate every one!

I think out of 50 or so photos she didn't have her tongue out in about 10 of them! Cheeky girl

I am so happy she enjoys swimming now as I know how beneficial it will be for her knees
