    Default A new convert

This is our German friend, a city boy who had never had any contact with dogs.
He received a sound education from our two boofers on the joys and benefits of canine love.

    Thanks, RileyJ.
We have had various backpackers staying here since March, helping on the farm.
The dawgs have wormed their way into the hearts of all of them.
Most have been French so Snoopy has learned some French words and the guests
have all learned some basic dog training.
Flo, the German boy did not know what breeds of dog were German so we sat down with
Mr.Google and showed him all the impressive breeds his country has produced.
He loves GSPs most (lol) then GSDs, Dobes and Rotties.

He cannot have a dog in his apartment but has promised to go and hang out in dog parks
    when he needs a fix.
We looked at military dogs so I had to "mention the war" to explain how the US Army
acquired the Dobes that helped them in various campaigns in the Pacific.

As I said - 'chubbsecurity' - I really love what you are doing and how you are going about it !
So Snoopy can swear in french now ?

Can totally understand Flo loving GSPs ! I have converted a lot of people over the years - to not only loving GSPs but also bigger pups. The ones I am particularly proud of are the ones who have only liked/had SWFs !
Keep on doing what you are doing - love it ! smiley-eatdrink004.gif

Wow Chubb...i find it hard to believe that someone of that age has never had contact with a dog before...my mind boggles.

Good stuff converting him. K9 love is somthing everyone should have in there lives. They make us better people.

.....now sit him down to watch the movie 'Cujo' LOL.!!!

What a great story, just love it. Your dogs are beautiful and I love the expressions on the young fellows face.
What I am bewildered about is how come your couch is white and spotless? Mi ne is covered with a big black blanket. Lol

Thank, Em but all is not as it seems..lol
I bought a dozen cheap white QB sheets from Best and Less.
Being cotton they are easy to wash and very quick to dry.
The poor washing machine works very hard but luckily we have tanks
so do not need to pay for town water.
