Yep, sure is! Lol apparently it's pretty expensive. $50 bucks a tile or something... And I've got stacks of it now! Haha we're going to put down engineered hardwood in the lounge/dining/kitchen area and recarpet the bedrooms one day, hopefully soon!

Bloody oath its dear...thats why i asked if it was real...hoping it was some sort of fake stuff that would be cheaper. Looks like it's back to the tile idea...DOH !!!

Dont skimp on the sealer...get some really good stuff. Its worth it in the long run. We used to do a lot of sealing sandstone and slate on the goldy....we learnt the hard way with the cheap crap.

    Nice floor..
We are renovators from way back.
Our house was 3 bedrooms when we bought it.
Now it's 7 bedrooms, rendered inside..
Renovating really sucks and my husband says
if we ever move again he promised I can go brand new,
cause every house we have owned is a reno job..

Lol it really was horrible to live with, the OH liked it but I hated it. I had to rip it all up myself cause he didn't want anything to do with it! Lol

Had to smile at this comment Jadie, if I'd known I could have sent Ruby over to help you!

When we moved into our place, the carpet was quite revolting, but we decided we'd live with it until we saved up to do the floors in something else. One day Ruby started picking at the edge of the carpet in the hallway and within two days she had destroyed it, so my hubby took the rest out - our hallway is concrete now
