Hope Leos nozzle heals quickly and goes black again-i think it will. Riko-my first Stafford got stabbed with a knife (not very deep) and his scar healed nicely. The nose might be diff, though not sure.
    Big kisses to Leo
Ps. What camera did you get????please.
OMG, hope you dont mind me asking, how did he get stabbed?

Our park is pretty quite, quite often we are alone while there, max we have seen is 4 other dogs with Leo... so we are all quite responsible. Newbies generally catch on to 'the rules' as such pretty quick but not this guy! OH said he hasnt seen the other dog owner since it happened and he has been there everyday since with Leo.... Hopfully thats the last we will see of them. I do hope Leos nose pigment comes back...

I got a canon 450D with the twin lens kit its SOO nice and pretty, if only i knew how to work it properly! LOL still learning

I think there's an expectation for some people that you just take your dogs there and let em' go and then sit back and catch up the week's gossip! hehe. My ole' mate staffy Scozza got nailed a few times when out on walks and had some nice little bite marks and cuts etc, but he always healed up great! Leo will be fine! Even if he does have a lil mark it will give him some street cred and character I reckon
LOL, NO!! I dont want him to have street cred! well he does already but as the gorgeous boofa dog that everyone wants to stop and say hello to. Thanks SH , i just dont want Leo to have to 'learn' how to defend himself either.... he plays so nicely with dogs of all sizes and just dont want to introduce that kinda behaviour.

Thanks FS, that sounds promising for us then Although Leo's is actually 'split' (If that makes sense).... I could see the pink flesh the first day but has since gone white.

    Hey Leo!
Of course i don't mind you asking...
Riko used to get the junk mail out of the letter box everyday he'd then bash on the screen door to let him back in. One day he took longer to come back, i went outside and saw him walk back slowly, looking sooky. I noticed the blood all over his white chest and rushed him to a neighbour who was a vet. I was still at school with no licence. She told me he didn't need stitches as the cut was long but not too deep. Most probably done with a stanley knife. Never knew for sure who did it to him but my mum and I were having problems with one of the neighbours a couple of nights before. They had a huge party and at 3am they thought it'd be fun to trash our front garden, rip plants out, break pots etc. so we called the police....

    Riko

PS. Love the 450d! Used one to photograph some of my art for a show a few weeks ago. Heaps to learn though. Sticking to my Canon sx10 for now.

    Cool

    Hi All,

Love the new pictures of Leo, he looks a bit like Rocky in some of them.

And Rocky has a scar on his nose in the exact same spot! from a blue with the cat. It's not as noticeable though, I'll take a picture tomorrow (today! hmm it's that late)

Rocky's my first dog, what I've found in the last year in going for walks with him is how smaller "cuddly" dogs show a lot of aggression towards him. He just gives them a big staffy grin, doesn't bark at all. And the looks of daggers I get from the owners of said cuddly brutes, some people indeed.

Rocky got his birthday pressie, (well another one) a collar and lead from Chris at soverencraft.com You can't see much of the detail very well from the picture, but I liked the picture.
I'll send more pictures your way Chris, photo session after we get back from the beach in the morning, he'll be nice and tired then, so should stay in the one spot for more than a couple of seconds.

    Hey Jeremy,

OMG Rocky sure is a stunning boy, luv he's collar

now he needs an "everyday collar" from Chris, don't want him wearing the new bling to the beach etc as the salt/sand/water will tarnish the brass.
