Yeah mitte I do like the yamahas. I'm only very slightly biased though. I have an appreciation for most makes. I'm a practical guy so I choose yamaha most of the time thanks to reliability and maintenance costs. My practical point of view sort of translates to my choice of dog breed as well. Aussie dog for Aussie conditions
The Male's name is Burke and the female is Pepper due to the look of her when she was a pup. Small, white with little dark speckles all over her like a peppered burrito.

    Hey Stevo,
welcome, i too used to have a purebred bluey that was deaf as well, great dog would always keep an eye out for a hand signal.
Im also a bike lover who has had the last 8 years off after a mono on my KDX went wrong, something i had done a 1000 times before. Spent the following 12 months learning to walk again and still suffer a fair bit from it today after breaking my leg in 5. However i still love bikes and blame no one but myself.
My latest ride is 2005 Kawasaki ZRX1200. Love being back on the bike.

Can anyone explain to me why blue heelers are prone to deafness?

Due to the dalmation links within the breed I have been told. Make no mistake, I won't say no to another deaf dog when in the future when I'm after a new companion.
