Default Hi > New American Bulldog owner

Hi all I've had dogs all my life up till last January we had a Kelpie and he was an awesome dog but we lost him when he took a bad turn.

About 1 month ago I was asked by a single mother friend of mine with a 4 year old child and no fixed address atm if we could mind her 6 mth old American Bulldog for a week or so, after 1 night we told we'd be happy to have him full time. So we now have what I call a rescue dog because the poor fella was being sent from place to place when all he wants is a place to be and people to love.

What a gorgeous looking hound. Is he as laid back as he looks?

looks like he's landed in doggy heaven.

Make sure you get his microchip details updated and maybe something in writing from the previous owner that outlines what the arrangement is. Ie you register him and feed him and home him - he's your dog? Or are they going to pay that and get him back when they get themselves sorted?

He's a stunner !!! Congrats on the new pooch.

Like Hyacith said ...get the ownership thing set in concrete so theres no heartbreak down the track.

He looks so comfy on the lounge. Whats the big boof heads name ??
