Default Hi i finaly got my first dog.

Hello all i just wanted to say hello and brag just a little about my new puppieeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
    Ok yea im excited.
I have been reading up on a few threads in here over the last week and thought i better say hello.

On the 1st of sept i went and picked up Punch a black and tan Miniature Pincsher.
He is or was 10 weeks old when i picked him up and is doing fine has also been picking up on things rather quickly.
I will be glad for any help or tips in bringing him up and also would love to talk with any other MIN PIN owners who may be members in this forum.

OMG look at that face! I want him.
    that is one cute dog!
MIN PIN = little pocket rocket.
If ever i was to buy a small dog, which i wont, a MIN PIN would be it. Arent they amazing characters.
Cant wait to hear about Punch over the next few weeks. How he's tearing chunks outta your hands, tearing up knickers, peeing behind the sofa etc etc. Puppy days!
enjoy and post pics, and we'll be Punch's avid fan club.

    Chunks outa my hands?
He nips a little when he plays but nothing to hard.
    knickers?
Unless he learns to jump the fence and pinch them off the neighbours line he wont be.
    Peeing behind the sofa?
Only in front, he cant get behind it lol. His toilet training is great so far he wakes me with a whimper and i take him out.
Pocket Rocket? Hell yess i am so tired lol
    AWESOME?
Yes he woke me this morning when an intruder was trying to open his crate.
I woke to find a guy with a 30 cm kitchen knife in my flat the police caught him in a backyard a few houses away.
later it occured to me he was going to take Punch too.
Punch is now sound asleep in his crate. Kiss my cat is sound asleep on her bed and im typing in the dark.
I doubt i will be sleeping much tonight.

I tried to post some pics but the site kept saying error as soon as i work it out though i will show him off

    EEEEKKKKK !!!!!!

Glad the police caught the knife man. Glad the knife man ran away when you woke up.

I hope that never happens to me. I'm not sure what would happen between my dog and my hockey stick collection.

Lock up your sox and undies... puppies love them.

    And shoe laces.

Hi 'Kingsley1972', Punch and Kiss - to the forum ! Punch looks a real cutie - thanks for the photos ! A bit peeved though - looks like the pup has more outfits than I do !

Pleased to see you are not carrying the pup around in a handbag ! These 'pocket rockets' definitely need to be taught about '4 on the floor' !

No wear at all ?- ooops:

My dog will raid the local carob hedges around our park in the season...

She likes carob too. I can't stand it.
