He has had a plastic hip operation ($600) so during winter he gets cold so needs to be inside.

Im located in Toowoomba QLD (1 hr west of brissy)

He does have some behaviour issues such as when you get out his lead he yelps like a maniac.

Would prefer elderly person like somebodys grandmother etc.
If I find the right person to take him im willing to drive hours to drop him off if distance is a problem (but only to a good home). I will only drop him off as I do greatly care for him and want to make sure he will be ok!
