Default What a Piece of Work

ok little Dolly has been sleeping on my bed
with me & the husband and I have hardly sleep a wink.
I am up all night worried incase she jumps down off the bed
she could hurt her little legs..

She is a piece of work this girl..
I have decided to lock her outside in the laundry with her bed..
The memories are starting to come back with the puppy stages..
Once she turns about 4 months old she be ok to stay in the yard with mum
during the night..I just wont leave her outside at night incase she gets out..

I have my little boy coming in 6 weeks time so I'll be doing all this all over again..
Boy O Boy the things we get ourselves into..

We do forget - don't we ? That is the reason why puppies are always so damn cute !

The fun and games having little ones around again ! Enjoy - because - as others have said - they grow up far too quickly !

It's not just puppies.. Molly is 18 months old and is still a terror of a night time! In all fairness we've only had her 2 months so she's probably gone through some really rough stuff before then. The ONLY way we can get her to sleep at night is on our bed, she won't sleep on her bed at the foot of ours and she will spend all night jumping up onto the glass door that leads outside... we put her outside and the second we shut the door she's barking and jumping on it to be let back in, if we put her in any other room of the house all she does is bark and jump on the walls and doors too... 2 months of ignoring the jumping and not a single change so we've finally given up and let her sleep on our bed. With me having to be up for work at 2am I was just getting way to little sleep having to tend to her all night!

I was up late last night studying for uni exams and came to bed to find no room for me!

Good luck with little Dolly- she's adorable!
