They have a 40 day money back garentee, so if it doesnt work you can send it back and get all your money back
Awesome I will definitely go buy one then! We were going to get one anyway for storms but even better if it helps to settle her in the house! Glad it worked for Koda

Thunder shirts will work on most dogs whose level of stress or anxiety is not very high. It will not work with a dog that freaks out at thunder or fireworks.
One of our girls started showing signs of anxiety at approaching storms so we started putting the Thundershirt on her and she now relaxes right through any storm.
Dogs will tell you hours before you even know there is a storm coming. Something about pressure changes affects their ears and they start pacing, salivating , or go into hiding in the corner of a wardrobe.

    the basic concept isnt new.
i remember about 7 years ago someone i new went to a seminar and learnt a very similar method using bandages.
i guess its evolved since then into a coat.

Still I'd find it interesting to know why they work. I always thought dogs don't particularly enjoy being hugged. How do mums comfort their young pubs when they're distressed? I guess young pups huddle together if they're scared, perhaps that's where it comes from, i.e. the feeling of being confined as in sheltered as in protected...

    What makes you say this?
i have seen videos of some pretty dramatic changes in behaviour because of this shirt when there are storms around... of course its not going to work for every dog, but still...

I say it every time this topic comes up but oh how I regret not knowing about this when I had my previous dog. She was absolutely terrified of thunderstorms and fireworks and the effects could last for days. Thundershirt and crate could've made such a big difference to her quality of life.

And now I know all this stuff, I have a dog who doesn't even blink even with the loudest thunder claps right above her head and never seems to get anxious about anything!
