You can find these on brand new on Ebay for a fairly good price.

Mine are indoor dogs, but we have two nice kennels that sit next to the house, next to our outdoor set that they NEVER use. It's alright though as they we got them from the markets. I'm a huge second hand shopper, love garage sales, Markets, Op-shops etc. So whenever i look for anything for the animals i check out all the second hand options first.

Maddog; Nice set up! I like it. I love Dodge's the most though, that would be a nice, warm kennel.

I am curious though, Koda's kennel, does that keep him warm in the Winter, being so open? Does it keep the rain out?

Also, aren't your dogs kept together?

Sorry for the questions! I am just curious, please don't take this the wrong way.

Yeah i am fine with questions
The reason they're not kept together at night is because Dodges bed is where the washing line is and Koda LOVES to pull it all off :/
I would like it if he could sleep on the back veranda, rather than in his yard... but once again other family members kick in... sigh...
(but then again my preferance would be to have them both on my bed at night lol )
Anyway... umm Koda's kennel does keep him warm at night and the rain cant get in. The big green cubby thing has a kennel in it wich is full of hay (cant use blankets... he destroys them in no time... but goodness its a hassle trying to get all the docks out of the hay before i can put it in his kennel!) It keeps him very warm He doesnt seem to get cold anyway O.o ... i have seriously never seen him get cold.... (Dodge gets cold all the time... she sits there shivering... thats when she goes to her kennel) It must be all Koda's hair that keeps him so warm!... he often just walks around minding his own business when it is pooring rain... he looks like he doesnt even know its raining! .... sometimes i have even seen him lying down in the rain... just sitting there... happy as larry!

We have an expensive ($350) wooden kennel and a cheaper ($120) plastic one that I got from bunnings and I've never seen the dogs in the wooden one but they LOVE the plastic one.. no idea why. I love it because the top can come off easily and it's much easier to clean and lay blankets in etc

My dog never uses her kennel, just lays on the grass in the rain instead!
Not sure about pup yet cause his too young to be left outside when its cold
