Oskar's Kong was black lol. Nothing is sacred from him...he chews tennis balls, then strips the fluff off with his teeth lol.

Someone suggested West Paw's Hurley and/or Huck- completely agree!

Villain is the original Destructo dog. Forget black kongs, Villain has taken an actual bite of rubber out of a tractor tyre in the past. I didn't think his Hurley would last 5 mins. It has lasted 18 months and still going strong. I remove it after a bit of chewing therapy though- as it does have the potential to unnaturally wear teeth down.

But if you are after durable, they are.

I bought a big black kong for some destructive shepherds I had here and it has not been dented. I also chop up black irrigation pipe into 30cm lengths. Use the 25 or 32mm size as it is a bit thicker. They do chew these up but cheap to replace.

They also double as a retrieve toy as they are heavy enough to throw a fair distance, are easy to pick up and easy to grab when they come back.

My dog easily destroys kongs and even orbees but hasn't yet managed to destroy her fireplug toy (from the everlasting treat range). She can kill a kong or orbo in minutes but I've had the fireplug for months!
