Not a big fan of Amstaffs right now either!!! This afternoon Oskar killed his second chook...the stupid bird was saved by me then came back over the fence again!! Oskar sees them as a play thing...I was so angry at him. The neighbour was like "don't worry about it, it's not his fault, please don't get mad at him", but I still feel like an irresponsible dog owner!! We have been so slack with him admittedly, it's time to really invest in my little man and take him to obdience!! Stat!!

Silly chicken! I think it is the terrier in them that causes that! Lol Harley and Bella got their first chook 2 weeks ago too... One of those special fancy chickens too :/

There is no psychiatrist in the world like a puppy licking your face.

I feel so much like swearing to express myself!!! I hate f'n chooks, they taste great but they aren't the sharpest tools in the shed!!!I feel bad for getting up Oskar, even smacked him once, and I never do that!! The people who own them have a staffy and a bull terrier but they don't bother the chooks, but I suppose they have been bought up with the dumb arse things.

He is the most placid of pooches, but becomes so focused on the chook that even the usual spray of water didn't deter him...thats why I think he needs obedience training now!! I do realise we should have done it earlier.

Well... they DO taste like chicken dont they. lol
(I am chookless now also, however one survived and my Vet adopted her as she needed plastic surgery)
She is fully recovered now and living the high life at Boyland.
    Thank you Donna McSweeney!

For the record, I don't mean to offend any lovers of chooks ( the live version)

I got back from work today to find my dog with 2!!! sprinklers in his mouth.. so now I hate rotties/bullmastiffs/basenjis/basset hounds. Lucky he only has half of the known worldly breeds in him or I would be hating all dogs.
Must be the moon... causing all this distruction.
