I'm not a huge fan of little fluffies but i don't hate them. My mum used to be a registered breeder for Maltese so i was raised with them, but would never own one lol.
I hate jumpy dogs in general but that's more of a owner & training issue. Going to someones house and being knocked over by a dog isn't pleasant.

She also won't take anything from other dogs and isn't afraid to let them know when to back off. With people, they are fantastic. With other dogs it's luck I suppose. I've been lucky that my two love each other as much as they do and we have never had an issue!
I totally agree and mine is the same even thou he is still a puppy. These breeds usually don't start the fights but they will finish it if challenged. Know your dog and do the right thing!

I'm sorry, I know I'll be unpopular. But staffords and crosses. I can't come at them at all. I can admire them as reps of their breed when I see them at shows etc but... Erk. Temperament and looks. All the ones I've met have been neurotic to some degree and drive me nuts. Very sweet, if only they'd bloody stop for a minute!

And the "smile"... shudder. I know lots of people love them and that's great.

Stupid thing is that I like pits, amstaffs are often a bit overdone for me, coming closer to the keg on legs look.

edit add - I tell a lie. My brother has a staff x jrt girl who looks like a red stafford with tiny legs, and she's great. Sorry!

    Bahaha

to be honest, I am not a huge fan of Staffy's beautiful dogs inside and out but there is something about them that I am not entirely fond of, don't know what. And yes they are a very naturally anxious dog which also makes them neurotic as well.

Well bred Pits and Amstaffs though, love them.

I like all dogs, but if you were to ask me what breeds I wouldn't BUY, then it would be bully breeds (excluding Bull Terriers, I love their faces), Whippets (Sorry MAC) and crosses.
