So it would seem nobody has any experience with these collars here in Aus. Not surprising as I only found them becuase one of the kennels in our Google Group has them in stock.
I have a family group of GSD and BS in at present and, as you know, they are noisey dogs. Put a collar on the oldest and one on the youngets and I can say I believe the collars did serve to quieten these 2 dogs down, plus that meant the other 2 were not being fired up as much.
I am seeking more info from the dog forums overseas and will report back.

The kennels have definitely been a whole lot quieter since I put those 2 collars to use.

Are you talking about DAP collars?

Yes but these are made by Sergeant in USA. The collars are a new system of using DAP. Previously only available as a spray diffuser and thus only usable in an enclosed space.
I would be willing to bet they would help stressed dogs like Muffy to settle a lot quicker.

I have used the DAP collar on my 3 year old Staffy who suffers from separation anxiety. I didn't see a difference in him. Although before the collars were available, I used the DAP spray on his normal collar and he seemed more relaxed when I was leaving in the morning for work, and I also noticed he seemed to relax in the crate much faster (when I sprayed the DAP in there) when I was crate training him. Not sure if it was a coincidence or not?

I tried DAp when I first got my aggressive newfie LOL.........did not work, but it did seem to work on the rescue who was timid. So it might be the level of stress/anxiety. I will always give something a go.
