    Default Pitbull attack

    Hi Everyone

I heard this morning from the Radio "Grill Team on Triple M Sydney" about a pitbull attack
in NSW - I've been searching the web about it but failed to find it.

If you find the article can you please link it thanks!

Sorry guys there was one here locally too..........An off lead dog ( a bully type terrier) attacked some friends of ours walking their GSD.....Bit the owner who was trying to help his dog. luckily there were a few people willing to help. And they got the dog off. I was asked to look at the dog...it is either a badly bred Amstaff or a bull arab cross staffy type dog....Will be PTS, no chip, no tag and not a very happy dog. Not people aggressive. But very unprovoked dog aggressive
Was called a pitt bull cross by the media, but i did say it was possible to be any cross, even boxer cross..impossible to tell. But people have the mindset.......

I can't listen to commercial breakfast radio. They are so nasty about women, over and over, and the token blokey woman on the show just takes it without giving any back or pointing out their mysogeny (Hate for women) - what? you just hate women because they all turn you down? Might be your charming attitude, yes?

And anything they present as fact - you can pretty much take as about as valid as a unicorn in the bottom of the garden.

I can listen for about 2 seconds and then I switch back to ABC.

    That sounds full-on, Newfsie.

I read a report on a local news forum about "pitbulls" (the original report actually had a typo and called them 'pitballs' which made me lol) killing 3 dogs. Then I found the newspaper story and it turned out to be staffy crosses. And they killed 1 dog and 1 cat. Police hunt for vicious dogs after two Fisher pets killed

The insinuation that the dogs would pose a danger to kids somewhat bothers me too though. Although clearly I would not want my child to come anywhere near a dog like that either. But the original report I read had a tad of the "all pitbulls will rip kids to shreds without warning" hysteria, I thought.
