Default The new Banjo alarm clock

I was drinking my first coffee in bed and felt too lazy to get up to go wake up my daughter - who is not a morning person.

I considered taking Banjo over to her room and make a start at teaching her to pull back the doona on cue. But was still feeling too lazy to get up.

So eventually I jokingly asked Banjo "Where's Ella? Where is she? Go get her!" and to my delight, she trotted off wagging her tail and woke Ella up in the usual way: by jumping on top of her and licking her face. I don't think my daughter was very impressed, but it worked amazingly well.

We have a new alarm clock!

LOL they're so smart! A few days ago I had dinner ready but no OH in sight so I asked Nero 'where is OH, where is he?' in my usual 'where is the ball, get it' voice. He stood up, walked outside and then stood on the verandah, looking at the shed, then at me and at the shed again. No more hiding in the shed in our house

Haha I get Harley and Bella to do this to Ray when he won't get out of bed! Bella licks the crap out of him and Harley sits on his head! haha I can do the "where's daddy" thing and Harley's ears prick up listening out for his car and then he runs around barking! lol

There is no psychiatrist in the world like a puppy licking your face.

Ah ha, this farting on command, im liking that idea.
Perhaps this is where distance control is required though. dogs can be pure evil around the back end at times

This morning I just called my daughter's name from my bedroom and not only did Banjo immediately jump off my bed and walk to her room, but my daughter got up quick smart before she got squashed.
