Or a dog with a trunk, like an in-built vacuum wand?

Well, that was the point of my original question.... Soooo perhaps a poodle (no shedding) X basenji (no barking) X Frenchie?? (little exercise) X Chi??? (eats little) X Border Collie (trainable) ?? Interesting dog....

Miniture bulldog (teacup size) I love bulldogs & their attitudes, a palm size one would be super adorable.

This is pretty much how designer dogs started. All these dogs will be crossed together to get the traits you mentioned but in reality you could end up with a dog that sheds like a Border Collie, has the energy of a Poodle, the bark of a Chihuhua, appetitie of a Frenchie and intelligence of a newt.

Not directed at you Nashems, I know you would already know, but that's why people try and cross breeds most of the time and it backfires.

I was just thinking if I were picking something to change about one of my breeds (Poodle) it would be that their coat doesn't grow (get sick of clipping it)... But there's a purebred that's already like that too (Irish water spaniel).
