Frosty used to stick her nose up some poor bee's butt - and getting stung the first time, didn't stop her from doing it again or eyeing off European wasps (worse than bees). Each time I've had to remove the sting and then I try to ice it. Antihistamine would probably also help. I've heard it's ok to give a dog a piece of zirtec or similar proportionate to their size vs yours if they weigh 1/3 what you do - then give 1/3 your dose. Check with vet about which ones are ok for dogs first though.

    Some dogs are slow learners.
