    Default Our Christmas photo shoot

We do this every year, just because i have a friend who tells us she is coming to do it It has been a habit for many years and keeps my mother happy. this is the first one with Lukey

And I took some pictures of Lukey, who is finally looking into the camera
Lukey had a bit of a shock last weekend, he met the person who Rescued him, whom he likes, but he also met his short term "failed" owner (the first after the rescue) She tried to be very friendly with him, but he was very standoffish and leaned into me and became very sticky. She was very loud and now I know why Lukey did not work-out with her. He was so happy to get home, I think he thought we were leaving him behind when we went to visit our Breeder on the way home. Poor Lukey..........

And here is one of Lukey looking at Mike adoringly....he just loves Mike

Annabelle is 55kg, Tessa 33kg, Katy 72kg and Lukey 68kg. The fattest dog is Tessa, the newfs are very lean

I had a client dog that was a newf and I didn't even realise he was until I asked because he had been totally shaved! I asked why he was shaved and the owner said he was getting a lot of grass seeds inbedded in his skin. Is that a problem you often face?
Owning a dog should be a partnership. Much like a good marriage it should be based on love, trust and devotion until death do you part.
