Default Can you guess what my girl is?

My girl molly was acquired from our local pound. They tried to tell me she was a Miniature Old English Sheepdog but i don't think so. I have a pic of her from when we first got her (with the long hair) What she looked like shorn to the skin, and what she looks like now. Me and my partner have thrown around the odd breeds trying to figure her out but just thought maybe you all had some idea's? I'm also a huge dog whisperer fan and there was a dog that could have been her twinny! it was called a soft coated wheaten terrier, although i have a guy who comes to our local dog park who breeds wheaten terriers and she looks nothing like them as they are all wheaten colored and she is white with black spots? i love her regardless of what she is just thought maybe somebody might like to shed some light? Cheers

To me she does look like an mini old English sheepdog, but I know nothing about dog breeds really

There is no psychiatrist in the world like a puppy licking your face.

I have no idea, she looks like a great character of a dog, as a pure out and out guess I would have thought a poodle mix of some type.

she is a beautiful dog! very loyal to her mum which my partner finds infuriating as it was him that chose her, lol i definitely see poodle in her & often say "poodle cross" i also see some sort of terrier perhaps in her face? I have read alot about wheaten terriers and her character matches perfectly and they are famous for their "wheaten greetin" which is when they see you, jump up & lick your face, which she is absoulutely notorious for & we have tried to get her out of it by showing her no attention until she stops - but she won't! we also have an OESD that comes to our dog park and the fur is very different, which is why i don't think she is OESD. I find it interesting what other peoples thoughts are on her breed, a place like this is an excellent way to toss about ideas - might even find somebody who has a similar looking dog to me

I would say by the shape of her head / body perhaps some maltese in her?
