    Default Dog Parties

    Hi All,

Does anyone else here celebrate their dogs birthday by having a 'party'... last yr my boy turned 5 so I decided to have a 'pawty' at the beach... I made doggie muffins, we played a couple of different games and the dogs ran around like spastics (all in good fun). I only did it this year but I'm thinking I just have to do it again next year in March!

We played 'simon says' and the winner got a prize (just something small I picked up from one of the cheap shops) and there was a prize for the best trick too... to my surprise everyone brought Leo a gift! Spoilt boy! I think more and more people are getting into dog parties, what do you think?

I'd like to hear some other dog pawty stories!

Here's a pic attached of one of the MANY photos taken from Leo's pawty back in march, lol.

As you know I have celebrated Gypsy's birthday the past 2 years (she is only 2 and a half lol) and I love it and so does she and all the guests. Turns out Chev was born in the same month (according to her vet records) so from now on they will have a joint birthday party.

There are a couple of companies in Perth that cater specifically in birthday parties for dogs.

Owning a dog should be a partnership. Much like a good marriage it should be based on love, trust and devotion until death do you part.

Haha , yes I have heard of dog parties, but I haven't had any parties, for previous pooches and well Oskar hasn't turned 1 yet. I avoid holding parties for my humanoid chills if i can too lmao

The Newfie parties look amazing!! Pretty much anything I can dress Kaida up for is celebrated.. and since she has only had one easter and halloween, there is sooo much to go!
Any chance to spoil her I guess.

Did he eat that whole chook! Thats awesome, love the grizzly bear newfie party :0..

I dont think I have had a party as such for my dogs, but special treats and outings throughout the year.
If you find yourself going through hell; Don't stay. Just keep on going.
