    1. Entire dog = $75
    2. Entire dog with pension discount = $35.70
    3. Dog registered with canine control council (current member) = $34.00
    4. Regulated dog ( declared dangerous, menacing, or restricted) = $285
    5. Desexed dog = $16
    6. Microchipped and desexed = Free registration.

    NSW.

    Must be microchipped prior to registration.

    1. Desexed = $40
    2. Non-desexed = $150
    3. Breeder = $40
    4. Desexed animal owned by an eligible pensioner = $15
    5. Working Dog = MC not required and Exempt
    6. Assistance dogs = Rego fee is exempt

    Where I normally reside.

    1. Entire Dog: = $90.00 or half year $45.00
    2. Desexed Dog: = $22.00 or half year $10.50
    3. Pensioner Entire Dog: = $45.00 or half year $22.50
    4. Pensioner Desexed Dog: = $11.00 or half year $5.25
    5. Restricted Dog Fee: = $160.00
    6. Declared Dangerous Dog Fee: = $160.00
    7. Declared Menacing Dog Fee: = $160.00
    8. Rural Dog – Registration compulsory from 10 Dec 2010, Free registration.
    9. Guide Dogs - Free registration.
    10. Dog under 3 months Free registration.

    In NSW, it's a once only fee for registration. It lasts the life of the dog or cat.

    Means the animal can change owners within the state, with no further rego or change of owner fees applying.

    NSW CAA.
    I know it's brilliant, shows they really don't have a money grubbing attitude toward people keeping pet dogs. I also love there's no restriction on numbers, here you generally have to pay a non refundable permit fee before you are granted a permit, and you may or may not get a permit lol.
