    Default Vent

Took my pack for a walk this morning only for someone to stop me (he had a GSD too) and say that my dogs have a defect because their back is no sloping down! To which i answered (a bit tongue in cheek i must admit) Its not a defect, they just have been bred correctly with good lines. Old mate gets agro which gets Edge and sheeba on edge and with that i quickly about turn and walk away with the bloke calling me a w@nker. FUMING!!!!!!!

PS this post is not a dig at GSDs with sloped backs or show line dogs.

I personally dont like that sloped look with the wonky back legs. Would love to see some pics of your straight backed GSDs

    What?! That's shocking.

You know you can buy a cheap point and shoot for like $80 right? LOL

but while you wait for your awesome camera, you could be taking pictures!!

    We have 3 cameras...

When digi cams first came out I bought a 5mp sony megashot for $1200. That was way back in 03 or 04 and the beast still works perfectly. Takes brilliant shots for a point and shoot, I guess because it can also be set manually. It also does videos with sound.

Then I wanted a new camera with more MPs so my OH got me a cheap 12MP for $120. The zoom on it is utter crap, but for taking close up shots it is brilliant.

Then last xmas I demanded a video camera and got that, and it also takes stills. The quality isnt as good but I find that I use this camera the most because the vid quality is excellent, and its convenient to have stills on the same camera.

Anyway, my point was, you could just get a cheap point and shoot so while you wait to save for a decent camera you can still take photos

I've only got a cheap Samsung one that was 120 bucks plus the memory card, takes great shots! Sometimes the zoom Isn't so good! But otherwise I'm happy with it!
