Default New Car with the Dogs in Mind..

So my little ford laser is getting on in life and I think I'm finally ready to be in the market for a new car. I was considering another little hatchback type car but my partner just recently bought a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander that I've really come to love. It's just so convenient space wise, for shopping and transporting the dogs etc. I'm a long way off starting a family but i do tend to keep my cars for a long time. So now I'm looking towards the smaller SUV types. Not interested in wagons or utes. I've really fallen in love with the Nissan Dualis but am yet to see the interior in person.

My absolute limit is probably 25,000 and I'm leaning more towards second hand rather than brand new.

Interested what everyone here drives and if they would recommend a dualis?

Hadn't thought about the ASX actually! Just like the look of the Dualis a little better because It's a little more feminine and curvy i guess haha. But I'll have a look

I drive a stupid old holden, but if I could get a new car I would be getting either a Rav 4 or a Mazda CX7. I will most likely get a Mazda 3 though cause my limit is under 20k.

I brought a GTS commodore at the start of the year (childhood dream), big mistake Nero couldnt come anywhere with me, anyhow back to a new VW transporter so he has plenty of space now.

you could turn a VW transporter into a mobile living room...thats how much space that thing has!

Yeh plenty of room and this one has side windows which can be opened for dogs to look out.
