Frosty like to dig up the couch blankets from time to time. Make some sort of nest or something. She does it to her bed and my bed too. And it looks hysterical - if only the room wasn't so dark - I'd video it to share. Lots of pointing nose to ceiling then dedicated digging.

Lol I would let her up, but her hair is really spiky which itches and goes everywhere! The lounge is only shitty but once the hair is in there it doesn't come out! lol And I feel bad for Harley cause he is on the floor, so I don't want her to confuse her position in our pack and possibly start fights etc!

There is no psychiatrist in the world like a puppy licking your face.

Since having the Whippets all the dogs are allowed on the lounge.

My old Kelpies must be rolling in their graves thinking she's gone soft.

I love having a leather lounge makes cleaning so much easier.

As sighthounds are attracted to warmth etc we've had great success with the blanket technique and some nights they can be seen dancing around the lounge waiting for their rugs.

I've now moved onto vet bed. The rubber backed type as it doesn't slip off, and is easily washed and dries in no time at all.

Roscoe is not allowed on the couches or beds. He is inside with us most of the time. He has a nice soft basket in almost every room of thr house though... About once a month he will jump up and give it a try just in case we have changed our minds.
