Our tip is $10 a load!

Cheers Hyac, makes sense, although I like the added security of a fence for those 'just in case' scenarios. My dogs have good recall but you never know when one day they will choose to ignore me and get run over. Same reason I always have them on extendable leashes at the beach.

Our dogs are 40 for lifetime rego and I wouldn't have it any other way. Knowing that if they get out and are caught they won't end up how Carl and Jag did, homeless, is enough for me. On top of their multiple tags and emblazoned collars. :P

NSW is pretty good with their animal laws, can't speak for other states though.

    @ Hyacinth

I notice you're in Adelaide. Do you know what's happening in Victoria Park? I haven't been in that corner for a while. Tonight I wanted to take my dog for a quick run around ... but bad surprise! Most of the race course is fenced off... what's going on?

what exactly do our registration monies pay for? Poop bags in some place that have them? That is a lot of poop bags.
Have you written to the council to ask? It should be detailed in their yearly report at least.
