Sorry pugger, but that is a silly over-reaction. It says clearly that the new owner is also trained on how to handle the dogs.

I have a great deal of admiration for these dogs. The control the owners have normally is impeccable.

Some people do need these kind of dogs for their own protection. Maybe you've never been unfortunate enough to be afraid for your life and willing to do anything to defend yourself but many have. Perhaps you should think about a situation where your childrens lives are threatened and you are threatened and the police can do nothing about it. It happens every day.

It is impossible to prove that you are being stalked until it is too late. It is also the most bone chilling scary thing that you will ever experience.
The control the owners have are impeccable, if they are properly trained trainers.. not people who have bought a dog and gone to some place where they can teach their dogs to attack others because of their own personal fears.
The reason why I don't carry a weapon when I am out walking at night is because I may end up killing an innocent person because I get spooked in my paranoid state. The simple solution is to not walk alone, or to stay at home.

You people living in fear ought to buy a gun, much more reliable and cheaper to maintain. And it only goes off when you pull the trigger, %100 guaranteed

Maybe there haven't been enough complaints. I can get the ball rolling on that one if you like?
Maybe the people who pay these people to teach them how to turn their dogs into potential killers, are the ones who will be facing those 10 year sentences.

Yep, even when a 4 year old kid gets hold of it and it's facing their own heads.

This is why you need a license and proper places to keep them.

Why don't you seek some counseling in over coming your fears before someone gets killed?

That's not what is happening at that place though?

It's great that you have that choice, that freedom.

They choose not to walk alone. They choose to walk with their friend, companion and loyal protector. Exactly what those dogs are supposed to be.

For some people it is not paranoia. It is a legitimate threat to their lives. There is no-one else who can do anything about that threat. The police cannot help with the problem. They cannot stay inside their homes 24/7 and even that isn't safe normally. What do you suggest they do to protect themselves? Remember these threats are around day and night, not just in the dark.
