What does that even mean? It is silly to assume all small dogs are "babied"

What, you dont put nappies and a bib on your small dog?

Where does it even say "all"?

Besides, assuming a small dog that bit someone has been babied, is really no sillier than assuming the child has been "abusing" the dog and it had no other action but to bite.

It doesn't need to say all to be a generalisation.

I saw the small child hanging the dog by its lead, poking the dog in the eye and hitting the dog. I wonder why I made that assumption?

First it was just yanking on the lead, and now it was hanging the dog, poking it in the eye and hitting it??

You dont need to add some Poo dust to the story to make people agree with you..

Sorry that I am emotional about something which people have jumped in to defend.

I am sick of this forum. Goodbye.

Wow, I also do not understand why it was necessary to be so unfriendly to her?

I realise that I am going to have to be very careful what I say on this forum... Not exactly the supportive community I had hoped it would be.

I am the only one that has defended it kinda, and my comment had nothing to do with the actual situation that you posted about to be honest! It was just about what others had said!

You can't save them all. But you can try. Maybe the staff will "overlook" the behavior. Keep us posted.
