My dog doesn't like to go out in the rain so I always make her go get her feet wet, and then its all good. Though theres lots of ear flapping head shaking like water gets in her ears somehow or she just objects to water landing on her ears. I'm not sure.

She doesn't like rain coats either. It's hysterical the reaction I get when I occasionally try to put something over her back. She kind of squats down and tries to crawl out from under.

    Oopsies?

My boys do not like rain, but I think they do not like "doing that" in the house even more. No accidents in the house a few years now ("touch wood")
I love cooking but I love eating even more.

When it's wet I make sure to escort Ziggy out every couple of hours, rather than waiting for her to indicate that she needs to go.

looks like I'm just one of the unlucky ones!

Mine do go outside in the rain if I force them, I have to give Brody a good shove out the door, but if I get side-tracked and forget to *make* them go out, I need my mop.

It is, but they always seem to make a point of running inside and shaking the water off as close to me as they can!

My evil hound just lovingly rubs up against me.

Fave thing to do after a quick swim and roll in something icky at the beach.

yeah, why is it when a dog is wet, he has to stand right in the middle of a group of people before he shakes?

If it's raining when we get up my dogs know they have to wee outside, so they go out quickly then come back in for brekky. They're so well-behaved. Mischa in particular hates the rain. Carl loves water so it doesn't surprise me he's always the first one out!

Generally if it rains all day, they will hold it unless I get their leads out and take them down to the mailbox, which is no big deal. Takes 5 secs. I hate the idea of them holding on just because of the rain so we do frequent toilet breaks here! But they are pretty good at going out on their own. No one has had an accident in our house in over 8 years.

like a rolling thunder chasing the wind...
