Thats great Di, you have really sorted your land out to accomodate for all situations. My dog run wont be to keep them away for safety reasons, they are great with my kids, i just want to be able to have a space in the backyard which is not "dog occupied" for the family and kids.

I can certainly relate to that. Kids, dog poo and destroyed toys.

The beauty of this way it is so easy to dismantle when you leave a rental property.
That dog box under the tree is no longer there. VERY solid and heavy.
Down went some of the fence, in came the tractor with the forklift on the front, out it went, up went the fence then the dogs were allowed out there again. There is a gate in the side too so the ride on mower can get in the back yard but the pen is sprayed.

We tried somethng similar but using wooden posts and wire. To fence off half of our back yard so we could have some dog free zone.

Barney just bashed his way through it. Straight through it. Posts stayed in the ground but the wire (which was supposed to be dog proof) came apart

Thats no good, at least you can classify him as "determined" lol. Id say my girls will try going under whatever we erect so we will have to outsmart them in that aspect

Our fencing came in rolls so there is no way it can be pushed through when attached to the posts and wired together when one roll ran out. The L shaped part at the bottom prevents digging out too.

Yea ours came in one roll too..I don't really know how he managed it but it really annoyed me lol.

Now the "fence" is sitting rolled up next to the house and has been there since a few weeks after we put it up lmao

Mine was mail order froma place in Brisbane, about $900 all up delivered, including the roof. We put mesh around the bottom so no digging out and the spreader bar in. It is lovely piece of mind!

thats really nice, and not too overly expensive aswell, i have seen similar on ebay. i like that the gate is already pre installed too. the mesh on the bottom would be an idea for me because my two are diggers. no doubt about that.
