Thread: Grrrr I Hate Irresponsible Dog Owners.

I know when I'm getting frustrated actually. I walk away, clear my head and come back and try to post without that emotion there. I think it's a bit rich that you 'cringe' about this thread though .

Also, Pitt Bulls are already banned throughout much of the country, they're not just facing it.

I don't really care if Dan comes back to "check" on her posts. I see no reason as to why a conversation has to stop when there are more than two people involved and one cracks the shits because it hasn't gone their way. I'm not posting my opinion to please her, or to do anything other than to express my opinion.

Her dog wasn't attacked, in fact it sounds like a boisterous young dog wanted to play and her dog wasn't wanting to. It also sounds like she 'panicked' because of the appearance of the other dog. Bluntly, get over it. It happens daily to some of us and there are much better ways to deal with it. There are people who can be called and who will do something about the dog. If you don't use that then you're just as much to blame.

So now why am I copping attitude? I dont see why that statment is concidered "Rich" Its an honest statment of what I do when i see this in new posts!!

I didnt say you didnt know when you were frustrated did I?

    I said

My passion subject in life is breastfeeding, sometimes I come accross over the top and actually abusive when I honestly dont mean to. It just I feel so strongly about it!

K & P and Ang Honestly I think this is what happens to you sometimes. You dont realise it, you dont mean it but it happens.

You dont realise how strong you come accross and sometimes attacking. Like myself I have had issues of that in the past!

I am not getting on this debate with you Ang, your not going to replace dan with me..

Thanks Anne. I think Di's post is very appropriate.

I dislike have long conversations in writing because a lot of things can be misconstrued, it happened to me recently during an email conversation, when I actually got to speak to the person face to face we got on like a house on fire. Sadly to participate in a forum everyone has to write, there is no two ways about it.

Your right BL I am very passionate about it but I won't make any apologies for that. I still stick by what I said.

BAH!!! I wasn't meaning to give you attitude at all!!! You've taken what I was saying seriously when it was meant as a joke, hence the Now I am frustrated! I type clearly & sometimes sharply, but unless I say "I think you're wrong, you're a butthead etc " I'm not meaning anything aggressively or personally.

The 'rich' comment is my way of saying that cringing over a thread appearing is silly IMO... It's a thread on a forum... Ultimately you don't have to be here reading it but you choose to.

I understood what you said but was trying to convey that that does not apply to me here... I've been laughing about all of this and finding a great deal of amusement where it seems to be life & death for some.

End of the day my opinion is just that. Take it or leave it, but don't attack me for it. I also think part of the misunderstanding is the way I write.

I will say this one time & this will be the last time...

My opinion is my own. I stand by it. If you are offended, that is NOT my intention. I do not put emotions into my posts often for the simple reason that it complicates things even more. When I do, pay attention to the emoticons that I use because they will tell you how I mean it.

I don't want you to be a 'replacement' for dan, BDL. Hell I don't even know how you think you'd be replacing her?? Unless you're the same person and I'm missing something??? Now I'm thoroughly confused....

ETA: If you're 'replacing' dan that means that I must have some kind of attachment thing there and sorry to say I don't give a rats ass about whether a user posts or not. If I have an opinion on the topic I'll say it. That's as far as it goes!

    hi guys,

IMO I do not think what dan did and felt about the dog is wrong as I tend to apply "guilty until proven" to dogs and their owners....wait...regardless their breeds or sizes.

K&P this is a true question without any hidden agenda:
I don't think any breeds should be named when people write these sort of threads unless they are 100% sure of the breed.
what would be the best way of describing the dog?
I love cooking but I love eating even more.

To me a forums are here so you can have a voice.
It or these things are only the opinions of the writer of them.
And yes some times what you put down insn't liked by others.
But these are just the opinions of thase writers.
Sometime these do come off sounding as personal attacks.
But I am sure that all they are doing is giving the reply to what they have just read a new way to look at it.
I have been on forums where these people do actually attack the first poster no matter what. They could agree with it but chose to hammer into them.
So to me when I remark on anything it is never as a peronal attack it is just the way I see it, weather this is wrong or right, it just my point of view on this subject.
