I was worried Johnny would be really naughty when we first went (back when his recall was TERRIBLE). But he behaved – and got a dog “cappuccino” too. Which some other dog stole off him when I went to get my coffee haha. But it was okay because it was way too much for him anyway.
Sometimes there can be too many dogs there is the only downside. That and I often get served by a staff member who has the personality of a coat hanger.

I used to live just down the road from there...

And I've played hockey on that field for around 28 years... at least until they closed it off a few years back.

That is a good idea - I know I fell on my butt the other week and Johnny came out the other side of the tunnel like where did you go?! Haha.

I wear hockey boots at agility... it's the only way I can run fast enough to keep ahead of my dog. If I go too slow she nips me - and then we have to stop - to try to not reinforce the nipping. #$(&&^@ heeler herder.

I was sceptical about boots can make difference....but I am happy to admit I was wrong. I was definitely running faster (never fast enough for my minis). Very happy
