I believe I am the same on here as I am in real life and I am just as honest here or anywhere. However, even though I am articulate both irl and here, on the internet my style seems to upset people in ways that it doesn't irl.

Ahh, I remember that one now! Doh, it wasn't that long ago either. Sorry, my memory is really bad.

Maybe pm the person who said it and speak to them about it? It seems that it hit a nerve for you, and they may not have intended it to do that.

I must say I was relieved too, to see that I didn't get antsy in the thread in question. I know sometimes I can push limits.

I dont know if its people get "nasty" or they get frustrated that people new to the "ideas" of breeding and showing dont have the same knowledge and experience as they do and express it too prematurely.. people need to realise everyone STARTS out inexperienced and do not have the knowledge that they with their many years in the area has provided them with.

I thought trolls were hideous things that lived under bridges.

Seriously though I've been guilty of it on other forums that were run by admins with a god complex. They normally have a band of yes men surrounding them and whatever they say is meant to be taken as gospel.
When someone develops a god complex trolling will result in a predictable assault by the inner circle and the "god" figure will defend their virtue tooth and nail, normally losing all sense of reason in the process. This gives the troll the required ammunition to expose the "god" figure for what they are.
    This gives trolling it's appeal.
I've never had the urge to do it here.

In my case, I thought what I was saying was very simple. I explained everything in the easiest way that I knew, used simple language and grammar and after my 4th or 5th post of repeating the same thing over and over in different words I got annoyed and frustrated as by that time there were 2 or 3 pages of posts all saying the same thing.

Not to point out the obvious, but I do not NEED simple language and grammer, so I don't see the need of you to say that.

I must admit I got very frustrated also, but I think eventually it was all smoothed out.

Me too, so much so that I don't think I commented as I felt it was a thread designed as a wind up especially with the reactions.

Any posts made under the name of Di_dee1 one can be used by anyone as I do not give a rats.
