Default There is Heaps of Members but Very Little Posting?????

I have been back reading through the forum & have noticed there is alot of members that hardley ever post anymore & was wondering is there anything we can do to get poeple posting more again?
    Why did they stop?
I would really like to conversate with as many poeple as possible about my passion for dogs & love hearing others exsperainces & see pics of their dogs. It seems there is a core group but otherwise not many posters.
Is there anything that we(members who still post) can do that would encourage more members to post & even better start new topics?????
I hope I haven't stepped on anyones toes here as I am new & not up on this particular forums personal politics etc but would really love to see more members posting & maybe gain some new members who are eager to post also.
Love to hear any ideas or just veiws on this topic...............

I think that may have been the result of a few incidents a while back... Won't go into any detail, but I still visit and see what's happening...

    Hi,

IMO it is natural to post less when time goes on. It is like.....been there done that.... kind of thing.

I like this forum best because its size and I feel I know the members.
I love cooking but I love eating even more.

Well I hope without going into what ever happened(which I am not privy too so have no pre conceived veiws on anyone) things can start to move forward now as I enjoyed reading some of the members old posts that no longer post.
    Mitte,
That is 1 handsome dog you have. Do you breed him, he's divine?

Yes I see that too poeple who widdle down to not posting but I am a memeber of other forums where that same poeple(approx 35) have regularly posted for yrs now. Of course there is also other members who don't also but that core 35 are still there while others come & go. but here it seemed to just get quiter & quiter by the daily post records 7 it got me wondering.
It is nice to have the little group that seem to know each other well but it would just be nice to hear a few more veiws occasionly. Not knocking the forum & as you can see I like it alot it was just I thought it would be nice to have a few more of the older members posting & even new posters with new ideas.
