Hi, I know this is a VERY old thread but I'm researching Bakhmulls and came across this conversation. I'm trying to find out if there are any in Australia yet. Do you know or do you know how I can find out please? Cheers

I'm wondering if Bakhbull is another name for "saluki"...

You might want to contact these guys as they would be the people I think most likely to know about a saluki type dog if they're around. They have a facebook page too.

Thanks for your response, Hyacinth. Bahkmulls are definitely not Salukis; they're an ancient, & now rare, breed from Afghanistan. I just don't know if anyone's ever imported any into Australia. Thanks so much for the contact info though. I'll give Vic Lure Coursing Club
