Just out of interest- why are you interested in breeding him? Is it because you want to have more dogs that are similar? Because you want to start a breeding business and show them? Sell them?

It's usually the owners of the females who looks for the stud dog, I can see how it would be troublesome going the other way around.

If you get listed in dog mags etc as having a stud dog available, making available your prefix, any titles that may have been gained by the stud dog, his lineage and all that stuff, I guess all you can do is wait and see.
    good luck.

You've probably allready done all that, sorry not much help I know.
If you find yourself going through hell; Don't stay. Just keep on going.

Before I delete the thread, I'll ask...

Are you a member of a Mastiff club? Have you had health and temperament tests done? Do you have a prefix? Does your dog have good bloodlines? And most importantly, what makes your dog so special? Why should anyone want puppies from your dog?

    Genuine questions.

myf, what's with the attitude? I agree with the questions you've asked, but casually saying "oh, I can delete this thread whenever..." is just... cocky =/

NO forums rules have been broken. There's really no reason to just delete the thread because it doesn't suit your fancy, or because it mentions the word "breeding" without the word "registered". People don't learn if you just shut them down and tell them to bugger off.

    The forum doesn't support BYB.
And the OP hasn't answered my questions...

There was a whole lot more to this thread before the forum went down... But it disappeared... The OP did make some other posts, I'm not sure he would be aware it has gone.
