That thought had crossed my mind too.

So how is causing a little discomfort to 1 dog so wrong when it guarantees the welfare of another possible 6 pups?

But like others have said tail docking is unjustifiable and can't be compared to desexing.

Oh and just so you know Gorry, if the doctors would do it i would also be desexed.

As far as I'm concerned, you do not have an answer to any of my questions. As for your dumb statement, no, I didn't copy anything from anywhere, those questions come from me and me only. It is my logic that sugested them and it is what I've been wandering for a very long time, much longer before docking bans came up. In time you wrote your quite lengthy post about how you "don't have time" You could've explained at least one lousy question I posted here. But you did not. Because you don't have an answer. And if you have, it would be obvious that cropping/docking is for nothing but aesthetic reasons.

As far as I'm concerned Wiki sucks. So many times I found misleading and incorrect statements.

Obviously there are so many misinformed people who are supporting the animal castration & hysterectomy but are against the tail docking because – “ it is cruelty to animals”, “the animal can not give consent” “ it is painful” “ it is not ethical” etc.
I don't look at it that way and I think I said that I don't think tail docking is painful if done properly. I even compared it with circumcision (haha). But I do think it is not necessary and it's done only for aesthetic reasons.

I am not going to discuss advantages or disadvantages of sterilisation or subsequent dog obesity, diabetes, arthritis, cancer and how this will ultimately generate more income for vets through more frequent visits and treatments.
Open another topic with that subject and I will gladly state my opinion. This is a topic on docking/cropping, so please stick to this.
Respect and you shall be respected. Animal is always right.

I am sure that she will support my argument to keep this beauty – as it is, uncut and NATURAL
Yes but she's got fake "eyes". It's so obvious
