    That's what I love about Staffords. They are rough as guts to play with but when a child is around they are so gentle.

    My Stafford is the same. She takes whatever a child will give her and loves every minute of it!!

    Eddie is a staffy x...whereas Sumo is purebred and yes...way too boistorous around little kids

    I agree that home checks would probably be the way to go. And if they are too far away see if you can get someone in the area to go. People are always posting requests for home checks on dol. You could try that here as well.
