They're beaaautiful! The Animal Welfare League near me had one for adoption (12month old) a month or so and I was like She was so gorgeous and good-natured, too.

She is a lovely hound. I know her breeder, who was keeping track of her prgress at AWL. There was a member on here with a Pharoah... now where has she got to???

Curse them for being so rare! I can't imagine how they end up in rescue with how few breeders there are in NSW.

I am horrible with fish...have a terrible history with them... I have a couple of goldfish in a pond which have only survived because I don't have anything to do with them and just let them be.

Yeh I am a bit the same. When my beautiful fighter pishes up daisies for no aparent reason, he was fine when I left for work and dead when I got home, I have come to the conclusion I am not a fish person!!

Breeding, Showing, Training and general crazy making!!!

'Coz people don't realise they are a little different to live with than many other dogs. They are very sweet - but very full-on in many ways.

Look up Ibizan Hounds. They're amazing!! They're also in my family-to-be list, I just forgot before...

Mine swims on, so far... Otherwise I have an ordinary record with fish too. No matter how hard I seem to try... I couldn't even keep guppies!

As well as my kids and step-pup, I'd love a beagle and some kind of little hairy dog (maybe something like my nan's old silky terrier but better behaved!)

And I want two kittens, a boy and a girl, from the same litter so they like each other - my current cat has very little tolerance for cats! Maybe at the same time as the beagle so they can grow up being cute together

And a couple of goats. And chooks. And foster dogs. And a jersey cow.

And if my arm was twisted, maybe a skin kid or 2

Same! I have a goldfish in a bowl that just keeps living and living (after its 3 bowl mates died in the space of a fortnight)...OH thinks it wouldn't survive in a pond but it looked so lonely in there I got another fish. It's a vicious cycle. New fish is tougher though, if the old one ever goes belly-up then new fish is going to OH's mum's pond.
